Weight Conversions

If you’ve ever embarked on a diet plan where the recipes, eating guide and everything else is measures in the metric system, you’ve probably already encountered the problem of weight conversions!

Trying to figure out weight conversions from pounds to kilograms, ounces to grams, and everything else that goes with it can be a tricky process. Of course, you could always carry a calculator around with you, or you could do what I do.

Basically, I have gone online, and found out what the ratios in between typical metric and imperial bodyweight conversions are, and set up a spread sheet on my computer, that has formulas in it, and where I can do a weight conversion quickly and easily.

Which means that when I am trying to figure out a recipe or eating plan, I don’t have to sit for hours trying to calculate every ingredient’s equivalent – I simply punch it into my handy little spreadsheet, and the weight conversion’s done for me! In minutes! Now, I have to be honest, when I read celebrity magazines, and see their weight given in metric measures, I do also do the conversion using my spreadsheet too – just for fun!

It’s really simple to do this, and there are plenty of sites online that provides you with the correct weight conversions for free. Then all you need is an input column, your ratio, and a results column. You’ll never be frazzled again, and you’ll never get a recipe wrong again either.
